That's right, the internationally handsome—I mean, famous—Chef Alex chose ME to be his apprentice! To think, a year ago I was lucky to get a job as an official “wiener steamer” for my town's annual hot dog eating contest (to be fair, the last three winners had their wieners steamed by yours truly).
